If you have the right cell phone, you can buy a data plan and use the cell
phone to connect to the Internet. The above group can provide details of
that setup.
But if you are looking for totally free access, then you have to make a
friend out of someone within range that will let you use their hotspot, or you
have to take your gear to places that do offer free service as I mentioned
before.
