Each cellular provider has different types of service areas, some faster than others. The more rural areas tend to be in the "slow" (old technology) category.
In all cases, we are talking now about cellular connections. Not Wi-Fi. Not DSL. Not cable.
BTW, would you reset the date on your computer? All your messages are ending up in my spam filter because they have dates eight days in the future.
