I have kleptomania. When it gets bad I take something for it.

My neighbor has agreed to let me use his unsecured WiFi. This is a good
agreement when he is connected. His job takes him away from his home. He
can be gone up to a week at at a time. If his Wifi goes down or if he
forgets to connect before leaving, there is not much I can do. Any
suggestions?
When he is not connected, I usually go to a Hotspot.
