Do you have his modem and router addresses? This is what you will need

if there is an issue. Login and pws will help.

Our home DSL is through Verizon, and they have provided me with a

program, "Vz In-Home Agent," which allows me to re-set and re-boot the

wireless router from my computer. If he's on Verizon, you might be able

to get this. If he's with another provider, they may have something

similar....
