[IBWiFi] Computer Internet Access

"All I can use is 56K dial up service and is there a way I can use wifi
for my desktop computer, I'm disabled and have a cell phone and can see
three cell towers from my house(live in the boondocks)Is there a way to get
wifi for computer use and how. Thank you very much."

You don't need WiFi, you need to connect the Internet through your cell
phone. If you have a Verizon cell phone voice contract, you can get
Internet connection through your phone for an additional $50 per month for
up to 5 gigabytes of data. Call and as the "feature" "Mobile Broadband
Connect" be added to your phone account. You must have a fairly recent
phone (at least 1XRTT data capable, preferably "EVDO REV A" capable phone.

You can also get data cards to plug into your computer.

There are two groups you need to join, and search file sections, and recent
messages: They are "InternetByCellPhone" and "InternetByDataCard".
