I was using automatic channel selection, also noticed I had low power selected and my
firmware was out of date. Thanks for the motivation to fix things. I've since updated my
firmware, and set channel one to see how it works, and set the power to high; may download the sugested software at some point but not today.

There are several wifi's in our area that I can see on my computer.
What is stopping them from interfering with each other? Aren't they
all on the same frequency?
