Is that a brand name or just a description of a more powereful wifi?

In any case, IF you can get a wifi signal at your jouse and IF is it open to the public, then the answer is Yes. Some wifi adapters have more powerful radios than others. And some have better antennas than others or even provisions for an external antenna. Any or all of those would improved your chances of getting a usable wifi signal, assuming there are any available in your neighborhood.
