RE: [IBWiFi] WI-FI Access at RV parks and Campgrounds using AT&T servers

I've used Gmail for a couple years from locations all over the USA and never had a problem with SSL. And I download the mail to my own computer (I use Pocomail, but Outlook Express and others do fine too). If cable or DSL or cellular wireless, that IS your ISP and you need no other. If you want a dial-up landline (Ugh!) that's another story.

Whether you need an ISP for home use depends on how to will access the internet.
