Hmmmmm!
I have Alltel broadband and loved it until recently. We are not sure what is wrong,
but one possibility support keeps saying is that in my area Alltel is using a VZ tower;
that VZ is crowded to capacity and are cutting back roamers' speeds in order to better
serve their own customers.
I wonder if the same might not be true of Virgin? Which would explain what you
said above.
Anyway, soon AT&T will be taking over for Alltel in my area and I'm hoping things
will change. If not, I will have to look for something else.
