Good decision. I've been all over the country with my RV and use the
Verizon USB 720. Very, very few places where I did not have 'net connectivity.
And I don't use an external antenna or booster! I will admit that in a
few areas I only had basic cell service (not EVDO) and that was a little
slow, but OK for email.
I do have the USB720 connected to a CTR 350 and I mounted that to the top
of the cabinet over the windshield on the co pilot's side, figuring that the
front cap is fiberglass and would not attenuate the cell signals very much
and "higher is better". Works like a champ.
