No, Michelle, I don't see that. I signed a contract for unlimited service
and that is what I expect. As you can see I truly do get unlimited. If
something is NOT unlimited no company has the right to advertise it as such.
And yes, if I go to an all you can eat buffet I darn sure better get all you
can eat and not have any limitations or possibly that would be false
advertising now wouldn't it?

HI Lisa,
Not sure what you're disagreeing with. Nothing is truly unlimited.
You can't go into an all you can eat restaurant and empty out the kitchen.
You can't use up all the bandwidth on a tower and expect other users to
log off either. Have you read the Verizon Terms of Service?
http://b2b.vzw.com/broadband/bba_terms.html
"The Data Plans or Features are for individual use only and you may not
offer them for resale.
We further reserve the right to take measures to protect our network and
other users from harm, compromised capacity or degradation in performance.
These measures may impact your service, and we reserve the right to deny,
modify or terminate service, with or without notice, to anyone we believe is
using Data Plans or Features in a manner that adversely impacts our network.
Seems like all that downloading you're doing to fix computers could fall
under the resale
clause though I'm not a lawyer. Have you considered saving the files you
download so you don't have to download them over and over again if that's
what you do?
12GB may not seem like a lot but suppose it was 1,200 GB or 12,000 GB?
Surely you can see that "unlimited" means unlimed within reason?

Again, Michelle, I will have to disagree. I am looking at my Verizon bill as
we speak....my usage for the month was 12,890,193 KB which I do believe is
about 12.8 GB? Sorry math is not always my strong point. Don't you think
that if they were able to get me on a 5 GB plan they would, any way they
could? I have had them upgrade equipment on the phone end after Alltel was
bought out and they DID NOT warn me of the fine print, such as their nights
and weekends starts at 9pm and not 7pm etc etc. I am sure given the chance
they would upgrade me in a heartbeat and act like 5 GB is "unlimited" like
many carriers say it is and I would then be in a world of hurt....
